No heating, no hot water, strange noises from the cupboard. We work on all makes and most models. If it can be fixed, we'll fix it. If it can't, we'll tell you straight.
Dripping taps, weeping joints, that damp patch on the ceiling that keeps coming back. We trace the leak, repair it, and check the rest of the run while we're there.
Sinks backing up, toilets not flushing, water pooling where it shouldn't. We clear the blockage and check the drain is running clean before we leave.
Full bathroom installs, suite replacements, shower swaps. We handle the plumbing side from first fix to final connection. Tidy work, no shortcuts.

Brindle Lane Plumbing is just the two of us. We started in 2011 with a van and a phone, and that's still how it works. You call, one of us answers, and we come out and sort it.
We're not a franchise. There's no office manager, no subcontractors, no one you haven't spoken to turning up at your door. We live in Leeds, we work in Leeds, and most of our jobs come from people who've used us before or been told about us by someone who has.
We're based in Leeds and cover these areas. If you're nearby but not listed, give us a ring. We'll probably still come out.
